Book us for a practical half-day (3-hour) course that introduces the fundamentals of mindfulness and provides you with useful tools for stress management, enhancing your overall work experience. Led by our Principal facilitator and seasoned mindfulness practitioner, Dr. John Gosling (or another qualified trainer if he is unavailable), the session will include a series of mindfulness exercises aimed at fostering clarity, resilience, and inner calm. Dr. Gosling has previously contributed audio mindfulness content for ANU’s transdiagnostic mental health web-intervention, FitMindKit.
