Become an accredited Mental Health First Aider and gain the skills and confidence to support others developing a mental illness or in crisis. The Standard Mental Health First Aid course can be delivered either face-to-face over two days, via blended/online delivery, or via blended/face-to-face delivery. Delivered under license from Mental Health First Aid Australia, this course provides participants with a nationally-recognised 3-year accreditation, after which refresher training is available.
For adults who teach, care for, or support young people, Youth Mental Health First Aid training provides the skills and confidence to support young people aged 12-18 developing a mental illness or in crisis. Youth Mental Health First Aid training can be delivered either face-to-face over two days, via blended/online delivery, or via blended/face-to-face delivery. Delivered under license from Mental Health First Aid Australia, this course provides participants with a nationally-recognised 3-year accreditation, after which refresher training is available.
Explore the world of mindfulness through our engaging 3-hour face-to-face workshop designed for teams of 6 to 24 individuals. Discover the potential for improved well-being, reduced stress, and enhanced team dynamics in the workplace. Our immersive sessions provide practical tools and insights for personal and professional growth.
Supporting a friend or colleague with suicidal thoughts can be daunting, but simply having a few basic skills and the confidence that goes along with that can make all the difference. This 4-hour face-to-face course, licensed by Mental Health First Aid Australia, focuses on the practical skills necessary to support a person experiencing thoughts of suicide and to connect them with the help they need.
Neurodiversity in the Workplace
Coming soon. This half-day workshop will engage employers and staff on how best to support neurodivergent members of the workforce. This course is being compiled by experts in the field, with input from neurodiverse members of the community.
